We are thrilled that 115 Larchmount, our purpose-built rental building in Leslieville, took home Gold in this year's INT.design Grands Prix du Design award program!

Our six-storey design for Hullmark, which expands rental options in Toronto’s east end, delivers ultra functional living spaces and cozy communal areas that multiply the ways in which tenants can use the building as an extension of their units.
