In 2025, we received zoning approval on 10 multi-unit developments and submitted six others, including one for 69 Old Mill Terrace (pictured here). Located a short walk from Old Mill Station, this site was designated a Major Transit Station Area (MTSA) by the City of Toronto. Our design for a 39-storey condominium tower “in the round” includes 371 units, over 30% of which are designed to accommodate families.
